The Three-Site Dilemma in Tactical FPS
Haven is unique in Valorant for featuring three separate plant sites (A, B, and C). With five defenders distributed across three sites plus Garage and Mid Courtyard, a standard static defense leaves defenders constantly outnumbered during 5-man site executions.
Modern Pro Haven Defensive Distribution
- A-Site (1 Anchor + 1 Jiggle): Cypher or Killjoy holding deep Heaven/Hell with camera or alarmbot covering A-Long.
- Mid / Garage (1 Flex Controller): Omen or Clove smoking Garage window and holding Courtyard connector.
- C-Site (1 Operator / Anchor): Jett holding C-Long with Operator; falls back to C-Link on contact.
- Rotator / Roamer: Initiator (Sova or Breach) positioned at Mid to immediately support either wing.
The A-Site Concession and 5-Man Retake
Because A-Site has long rotation distances, attempting to hold A-Site dry against a 5-man execute with flashes is low percentage. Tier-1 teams willingly concede the plant, group 5 players at CT Spawn and A-Heaven, and initiate a synchronized retake with Breach Rolling Thunder and Omen Paranoia.
