The Mathematics of Counter-Strike Recoil Patterns
Every weapon in CS2 has an identical, mathematically repeatable recoil pattern. While the first 2-3 bullets travel straight, sustained fire climbs vertically before sweeping horizontally. Mastering recoil means training your hand to execute the precise geometric inverse of this pattern.
AK-47 Spray Inversion Stages (30 Rounds)
- Bullets 1 - 5 (Vertical Rise): Pull mouse straight down with accelerating downward pressure.
- Bullets 6 - 12 (Right Curve): Pull mouse down and diagonally to the Left.
- Bullets 13 - 22 (Left Sweep): Sweep mouse horizontally to the Right while stabilizing vertical level.
- Bullets 23 - 30 (Final Push): Sweep mouse back toward the Left.
